
Turmeric Hummus
A flavorful twist on classic hummus, packed with anti-inflammatory benefits.
Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon Ecoaura Turmeric Powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Water (as needed for consistency)
- Optional: Paprika and olive oil for garnish
Instructions:
- Add chickpeas, tahini, turmeric powder, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth, adding water a tablespoon at a time to reach the desired consistency.
