Turmeric Ginger Tea
A refreshing tea to support digestion and reduce inflammation.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1-2 slices of Ecoaura Turmeric Slices
- 1 slice fresh ginger
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
Instructions:
- Bring water to a boil in a small pot.
- Add turmeric slices and ginger; simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Strain into a cup, add lemon juice, and sweeten with honey or agave syrup.
- Enjoy warm or chilled as desired.
