Turmeric Ginger Tea

A refreshing tea to support digestion and reduce inflammation.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1-2 slices of Ecoaura Turmeric Slices
  • 1 slice fresh ginger
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup

Instructions:

  1. Bring water to a boil in a small pot.
  2. Add turmeric slices and ginger; simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Strain into a cup, add lemon juice, and sweeten with honey or agave syrup.
  4. Enjoy warm or chilled as desired.
