Golden Milk (Turmeric Latte)
A warm and comforting drink that boosts immunity and soothes the body.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 teaspoon Ecoaura Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, warm the milk on low heat.
- Stir in the turmeric powder, cinnamon, and black pepper.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes, ensuring the ingredients blend well.
- Remove from heat, add honey or maple syrup if desired, and serve warm.
